I haven't been able to find out anything. I spent over hour going threw back filing on Edgar and never even found the transfer agent. I thought maybe by doing a symbol search on TPIID it might show something but all I see is NEW but with the same old name. My big question is why in the world would the MM be willing to pay these kind of prices for this stock??? They seem to know something that we as shareholders don't. I mean come on a bankrupt company(as far as we know) they could be picking up these shares for pennies not dollars. Hey when was the last time a MM did you a favor????? I've decided to hold on to my shares(like I have a choice at this point) and see what the story is on this company.
