By: jhoward964 Reply To: None Thursday, 28 Oct 1999 at 3:19 PM EDT Post # of 508 I called the transfer agent today and the folks at TFRY printed up another 1,000,000 shares of stock currency this week. For those of you that are keeping track, here is the latest score: as of today 10/28/99 there are 27,314,903 outstanding, an additional 10,256,557 restricted and 50,000,000 authorized. One thing that I find Interesting is that the number of share holders has remained fairly constant over the years. It now stands at 1,168. So, the only question is who is getting these shares and for what. For that we have the S-8's. I was remarking to a friend that this brings to mind the story of the singer Wayne Newton. The casino paid him so much for performing there night after night that eventually he made enough money that he bought the casino. Maybe EK knows this story?
