Well, perhaps Yeltsin should shoot up the Duma, the way he shot up the preceding Parliament. After all, he's shot up Chechnya two times in a row. Why not the legislative body?

As for drift, in my opinion, it's his mind that's drifting. Away, away, downstream....Losing a lot of little gray cells there, Borya.
