Also it is important to note that BYND has Goverment deals which make it a great acquisition target for companies seeking those deals. It has deals with about 7 agencies - the Internal Revenue Service, Patent and Trade Office, General Services Administration, National Imaging and Mapping Agency, Department of Defense and two with the Defense Logistics Agency. EGGS/ONSL to the best of my knowledge have just retail clients.
