Revaluation of spectrum license in light of BID for Nextwave spectrum by NXTL could be the reason. I think that market is waking upto the the possabilities of Leap's model....I didnt realize how good 4.0% penetration in six months was. I read a preview of earnings for wireless carriers by SSB that said that VSTR would have the highest penetration gain for the quarter. It was only .7%. It will be interesting to see how quickly analysts begin to cover Leap. Now that they have received vendor financing from both Ericsson and Lucent, they should be able to duplicate the same model with the rest of their POP's. Hopefully their was nothing special about Chatanooga.... Slacker
