If you both recall, the MAIN REASON that naxos did not sign a deal with j/l is because j/l wanted one third of the company BEFORE they gave naxos proof. Lett would not do a deal with a performance clause under any circumstances. I had many conversations with Lett regarding this issue and he was firm on this. Pay him first, then he would give the proof. Naxos chose not to do this.....Mgau chose another path.
