naw....slightly pathetic yes. I believe it is simply Tom latching onto an idea, thinking it is great and going with it without consulting with anyone....then comes the backlash and so he back pedals a little and says its just a concept and won't happen unless the atty's and all give it the green light. Regardless...I am not yet convinced of its necessity or benefits and do not plan to participate in the escrow part.
