What they should have done is do it for a set $$$ value(duhhhh!!!) ....and then adjust the shares based on price and conversion ratio near the close of the deal,, say the avg closing price the week before the deal closing, etc. of course...they make MPEG2 chip, so they are not that $$$ smart..jesus @$@!$ !!
