Well of course they seemed to imply that the bank in question was Bank Negara, the central bank. But HEY, the damned things have NUMBERS, right?? Shouldn't they be traceable, lol? And what the hell are "bank guarantees" anyway? How can I get some? I'd be content with just a couple hundred million. Do I have to write and ask for 'em?
