Zonkie, you got that right. We spent a couple of months, always on the hot list under short term traders, then they moved us to Under $5.

Here's what I got from Jill about the move:

Unfortunately, there are strict standards for penny stock threads (because of the way the threads are handled through SI and separate "penny stock" liability issues), and we have to leave them in that category if most of some of the lists are penny-stock oriented.

That's the only "standard" in terms of where the threads have to be placed
(other than the normal Terms of Use).

The SEC has a separate "warning" for penny stock investors, and we used to
have that link on all the penny stock threads. I'm not sure if we've moved
the link to the new site yet, but I'll check.
