Selective Availability -the error put in by the military reduces the accuracy to 50 meters. However by using Differential GPS on the Net-locate main computer -these inaccuracies can be corrected and the accuracy can be brought down to 3-6 meters. Go thru this tutorial trimble.com and learn a bit more. Your urge to find something bad about all this obviously prevented you from reading past the first page of what you were reading. However -that all said -I congratulate you on finally saying something on this thread that -although wrong -is relevant to the discussion. JP
