RE:Frank:The on-balance-volume in DELL today was a handsome 935731 plus shares -which means the 'They' were in there big-time along with some subtle short covering.Tommorrow the mutual fund's year ends--- so they will boom it again for there bonuses-such crooks!.-PS DELL is suffering under the "illusion" that "Y2K corporate" will slow 4th qtr earnings-I have the complete word from H&Q now ---read it all..I personally disagree.Best.wbm
