You are shamelessly ridiculous. When John keeps mentioning that HLIT got Divi for a cheap price, (LU paid 13x sales for ASND, HLIT is getting Divi for 6.8, half of what LU paid for ASND) you keep ignoring it. When somebody talks about Semi side valuation, you start hating them.
