LKON still live! Here's the plan:

Proxies going out will say proposal for:

THE COMPANY'S DEBT AND A 3:1 REVERSE STOCK SPLIT.

ELECTION TO RETAIN RADIN GLASS & CO., LLP AS
INDEPENDENT CPAS FOR THE COMPANY.

GRANT TO CURRENT MANAGEMENT THE RIGHT TO VOTE
YOUR PROXY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR
JUDGMENT ON OTHER MATTERS AS MAY
PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE MEETING."

I am not pleased with current management.
Why don't they issue a statement and let
shareholders know what is going on.
