Hi Gabe: Yes that's quite a drop in R & D. Could speculate but that's all it would be. I'll review the report tomorrow and send a note off to the company. I've got a few questions. It looks like they're ready to become cash positive but do they have sufficient funds (or will the new cash flow provide it) to develop the business or will they require a future financing? Anyway good luck. If I hear/read more, I'll post it here. Cush
