John and Stefan,
Thanks for your digging and analysis on this. Last November LSI
held a conference call to publicly release and discuss the
earnings report. At that time they were asked about the private
placements and (Soechtig) replied that the Reg S placement had been
with an unnamed party residing in Austria. She said this person is
very interested in the company, they talk with him often, and that
he had no intent to do anything with his shares that would hurt the
company. She said that any stock action by him would be conducted
in an orderly fashion.

A note in the current earnings report that the auditors had attached
an "item of concern" note to their opinion concerns me.
If that wasn't enough worry, I read in the new Individual Investor mag
that NASDAQ is considering rule changes that would cause them to be
more aggressive about delisting companies with shares trading under $1
which also fail to meet other financial criteria.
I called the new PR person Joe Garber to ask him about the possibility
of delisting. He said the 10Q has information addressing this.
Can anyone out there read and interpert the relevant material and comment about the possibility of NASDAQ delisting LSGT....and of course tell us what the hell happens to us poor schmucks then?!?!
Thanks,
Steve
