Right there is you're whole stock market philosophy in a nutshell, like you said before "it's OK to tout a scam because some people won't know it is a scam" (that's as close as I can remember what you said.)

Whatever your investing style is I would recommend telling the truth about it. I don't think there is anything wrong with averaging down in a scam you are stuck in either but I think it is very wrong to tout things about a scam that you don't have good reason to believe are true and if you really think a stock is a scam I think the best thing to do if you are going to say anything about it is to tell the truth, like saying "I think this is a scam but I also think that the crooks behind this pos are going to pull some sort of scheme to get the price back up again and I will sell into that rise." LOL, I wouldn't advise saying it just like that though.

edit.......how could you know a scam is going to make another run?
