Yes, he is right for as long as their investment perspective which appears to be closer to three days than three months. You may find it interesting to review Schumpeter's history of the Kondratyev wave of the distribution of wealth and market economies. There are signals and there are SIGNALS. Perhaps we live in a new era . Perhaps we do not. Though somewhat subject this analysis has been valid for centuries. Skeet
