Jay,

Just wondering what the implications would
be using broadband for cable TV and Radio, as well as
for faster modem speed on the PC. Wouldn't a
flat fee for both services be a plus to
the average consumer ? Wouldn't the improvement
in the level of quality for both methods of
communication be viewed as a real plus ?
IMHO, the average consumer might look at this
service as a real boon. A few cable
deals would need to be structured, and
cable layed, but isn't that the future
we are looking at ? If it is, the potential
is enormous, and the company(s) who own the cable
controles the media. The industry is well aware
of this potential, and that's the real prize at the
end of the rainbow. The battle should be very
interesting, and quite brutal. No quarter given,
none taken. All the titans of the business world
will be vying for a piece of this pie.
