The plan just referred to by Curtis has been an issue for about a year. It is briefly noted in the EUB decision on the Startech well and the activities of Berkley and Stampede are mentioned. In my quick reading of this report I believe the EUB stated the required plans were in for the area from all parties, but I could be mistaken about this. On a positive note, an article on the Startech well in today's Calgary Herald noted the decision on the Stampede well license was expected any day. Regards.
