Still dreaming after all these years. Andy Seybold said it better than I can. So I'll paraphrase him in an effort to emphasize reality. To wit, the likelyhood that any of these WAP devices are going to spread the Net further than the PC-centric group of afficianados, researchers and Netizens, is ludicrous on the face of it. The Web, the only accessible face of the Internet demands above average intellect, the mired plumbing of the FTP, elm and pine world demands a level of comprehesion not clearly evident in the broad masses of the population. The arcana of 802.11a vs. b vs. g demands the utmost of attention. Can the general public discern the permutations of standards that could evolve from MPEG-2? And yet, that is clearly required in order to evaluate the latest move from HLIT in its disembowelment of CUBE. Could it be that the generalist on Wall Street is clueless? I wonder.

Frankly, re: datalink.net. What you smokin' dude. This is a VSE cast off. Get off this nonsense.
