How many shares do you think CC hasn't hedged yet?

You wrote: " Exactly my point. CC selling short during the fall from $7 is where the dilution occured. The conversion and return of borrowed shares did not affect the recent marketprice at all. The new round of shorting will."

Previously you wrote: "Actually, If CC shorted the 690K shares, then the "Market" does not have to "Absorb" the converted shares. All that happens is that CC returns the borrowed shares. No market transaction takes place and CC is free to short the next tranche."

And since then you wrote: "
I don't see the CC game as being over. I see both teams in the locker rooms during the halftime. The second half of shorting will be the same amount of money but from a share price high of $4.50 instead of $7. Look then for lows in the $3's."

My questions for you:

Would you please tell us how many shares CC has left to hedge at this point in time?

If the 690k were shorted prior to the last partial conversion announced on September 15 (as you assert), is it your position that CC hasn't sold any shares at all since then?

To give you a point of reference, these posts gave my estimates prior to today:
