What about another reverse split

-OT

anyone here involved with the CSMA fiasco? it's looking suspiciously like the same model. they spun off the assets of the company into two non-trading assets that were to become fully-reporting trading entities. core shares of CSMA were then deeply rs'd and merged into another useless entity.

the stock in the spinoffs was restricted (does anyone know if our stock in these spinoffs is restricted for a year????) so there was no reason to rush into becoming a trading entity right now anyway! LOL! that occurred probably a year now (that's a rough estimate). to date they're still non-trading.

i personally believe the SEC needs to closely scrutinize any activities where a publicly trading entity dissolves its assets into non-trading entities. i think it would be interesting to see the status of the insider holdings in these entities prior to, during and subsequent to these activities. it would also be interesting to see how many of the spinoff entities actually became fully-reporting trading entities and on what timeline.

this has less to do with BNEZ than it does protection of the trading public in general. i'm sure that BNEZ management has consulted with securities attorneys to insure that their actions have been done in accord with SEC guidelines. but it would be my guess that if the SEC reviewed ten cases of non-reporting spinoff activity that they'd probably catch a couple crooks in that set.

obviously, just my opinion.
