The quote from the article says that the mines that NTC owns could be quickly restarted to meet any "shortages" in suppy. Well.... RESTART THEM !! Also, I thought that the technology that they have for extraction gives them a cost advantage over other producers. If that is true, then why do they need to wait for "expected shortages" to get into the market. They should be able to compete NOW !!

I've been riding this puppy for a number of YEARS. Let go !
