Strangely, the late night quotes of 154 to 155 seem consistent with the premarket quotes. I did remember that it dropped to about 149 between 4 and 6. Once the news from the CC got digested, I think it took a turn. It appears the immediate reactions are not reliable but once the information is digested--by next morning things usually change. A strong rally in the market is not going to hurt either!!!
