Larry: Paint me curious with regard to your comment about not having followed those other equities. Why do you bring them up on this thread if you didn't follow them? ;-)

Anyway, with regards to VLNC, yup, it's getting interesting what with no dribble and all which that COULD mean. Certainly Castle & attendant crew seem to have misjudged the depths of VLNC backers pockets, or at least may have misjudged their willingness to reach into said pockets. And hey, if that's the case, then this means one of two things, either Castle saw what VLNC had as far as potential to produce and discounted it completely, orrrrr, all they were interested in was providing the floor-less and didn't really look too deeply into VLNC and its situation. They were intent on running a game, once they got management to bite on the floor-less(course, this begs the question of prior removal of floor-less earlier this year, doesn't it?). Be that as it may, Castle can't keep knocking it down forever, as to do so would at some point leave them in an uncovered short position. A position no hedge fund finds tenable. Uhhhh, this assumes, of course, a bounce upwards for every downwards knock, something that's been pretty regular here between ~$4 1/2 and $5 1/2.

But we can pontificate, and speculate, forever. The only thing which counts now is what happens between now and 11/11. So we're just going to have to wait and see how it plays out....

Meanwhile, how's'bout that AOL, eh? Wee hoo!!

John~
