I agree with you, most lawsuits of this nature don't result in any significant changes in a way a compnay does business. What I don't understand is why this one has gone as far as it has. I'm surprised NN and LU didn't settle their differences and are actually going to trial.

This is just providing additional distractions and more negative press for NN.
