Goldmen & Co., an Iselin-based brokerage indicted in July on allegations the firm participated in a pattern of massive securities frauds that cheated thousands of investors out of nearly $100 million. The firm, which received its mail care of Body by Boris, a Red Bank gymnasium, was charged with artificially driving stock prices up and down, charging excessive markups on stocks, using high-pressure tactics, and employing unlicensed salesmen.
