Peppe,I also agree with your 100% , including negative press, but this is also what LU would like to achieve.
If customers of NN feel good about NN products, and 36170 has largest customer base in the world, they know very well if LU claims are valid or not.
NN may have very strong case and may be few real surprises for LU.....?

BTW, NN has handled very quickly lawsuit against WIC.
