Hi Wiz - I think it may be a reduction of asset attributed to the holding in Magellan. The bottom line could be a hit at the book value. May not be a big deal in absolute term, but it is a serious problem imagewise, especially when ORB has not had any good press of late. So, the Street may try to kick the man when he is down
