I assume that overall market is not crashing in next 3-6 months (despite
the doom and gloom of many I know on the Street)....here are my basic
reasons....1) real positive earnings that look like they are heading
in a very positive way(how many stocks have you bought in companies with
no earnings and none in sight for years?)....2) IOMG is not going to
crap out soon and they should continue to be a nice annuity......3)
The company is painfully aware of how insider selling has hurt the
stock.......there should not be a repeat performance when/if this stock
recovers......4) The entire chips/circuits industry has taken it on the
chin with oversupply/falling book-to-bill ratios. Do any of you out there
believe that the demand for these products has truly peaked?.........
Lastly, earnings estimates on BLOOMBERG from Nelson's has annual earnings
by 3/97 at $.55/share and $1.00 by 3/98......these earnings estimates
are not out of line when you look at how earnings have improved over
past few years.

Face it, alot of the pop in IMPX was IOMG related and it got ahead of
itself........$12 is probably where stock would be if it was IBM
instead of IOMG that was their biggest clients.......insiders knew
this and sprinted for the exit sign.......now it will take real news
and not Internet fluff to make this stock move.
