wall...we're fully reporting. jorj...I agree with you completely. I'm willing to just let things progress as they are til Feb 1. By then, all the y2k fears will be gone, and the direction for the next year should be set. That will be the time to 'challenge' Tom to DELEGATE part of the running of the company, and focus of being the leader. Tom should take a lesson or two from Bill G. We were running into a lot of crap before Bill let Steve Ballmer handle the day to day stuff. Bill's vision is what matters, and he has a top notch TEAM to implement it. That's what ECNC needs. dave
