Tom, I have a large position in CATS, their earnings acceleration is quite good. The stock has done nothing for me as of now, but I will wait until they announce their latest quarter, which is thought to be .13 to .16/sh. This, compared with .10/sh in the Sep. '95 quarter, should send the stock in the teens. I can't comment on ACTL, since I don't know the company well.
