Agree John. It is surprising if true. They held Ferguson Lake for almost 50 years without doing anything with the property, paying out each year the fees.... Suddenly, SRU takes it over....

So, is it that INCO "forgot" or "did it intentionally" and if so, why ? INCO has, I believe, many other properties which are being developed and didn't bother with FL. It used to be (the NWT) an area where drilling was expensive to prove up a resource, as Nunavut is way out to the north, trucking the ore to some distance, etc, etc.

Furthermore, they didn't know there were some platinum and palladium contents as they were assaying only for base metals... So, the question is still open, but "forgot" is not a word which seems to be that far away from the truth IMHO.
