SargeK, for what it's worth, I drove from Houston to Dallas this past Monday on business and about 100 miles south of Dallas there were 7 drilling rigs working within a 1/4 Mi of I 45. I also saw 2 sites where drilling was completed and the well head and storage thanks were set up. The last time I made the trip, about 5 weeks ago there were only 2 rigs working., and no completed sight's that I saw. It was still a little to dark to see who was doing the drilling.
