"My fear is that yes it will continue with a slow bleed type of sell off. With rate hikes looming this market will not perform." Agreed.I think this looks very much like the 94 market, although the consensus is that that is not the case. The averages will go nowhere with the fed hiking several times. The bond market will not get hit as hard as '94 since there will not be as many hikes, but the stock market will get hit harder because of higher valuations than '94. Still, with dow e of 370 or so x pe of 16, we get dow 5920. Anything below that is quite a bargain long term. Fed is likely to keep pressure on until we are at the brink of a recession, and the party will be on again in a big way.In any case, I am very long everything I have, especially csco, intc, nvls, msft and amat,so I will not act on any of this;just bracing for the worst.
