Paul, you are asking for a link to support my claim that you declared the death spiral a hoax shortly after the price did not fall below $6 on July 27. I looked for such a comment from you last night and did not find it. It must be someone else who pronounced the death spiral to be a hoax at that time. So big deal. I see you did not take issue with all of the other of your erroneous claims I pointed out.

Now lets get back to the point I made. You claimed the market absorbed the shares Castle Creek converted within the last 4 weeks. I pointed out that you are wrong, that the market actually absorbed these shares at the time Castle Creek was shorting them, not when they were converted. The bottom line is you were claiming the market absorbed these shares in the past few weeks and it did not affect the price. You were wrong, at the time these shares were sold into the market, it did affect the price.

Your response asking for a link totally ignored the point I made. Probably because you are trying to deflect the fact that you made yet another erroneous statement.
