It appears that the first wall penetration question has been answered.

I would like to add that manufacturers proposing TDD (time division duplex) for wireless broadband data have a leg up on their competition. There is however a priviso. The target market for the equipment must not have a coordination problem regarding the upstream v. downstream segments. MMDS has that problem.
