<<Glen: This is an ideal time for NN to contact NN,CSCO and NT
with a "For sale" sign.

I understand that product wise NT is the best fit. If so, NT's valuation is $83b, NN's valuation as of today is $3.4b. A fair sale at $7b would give NN,
1 share NT for every 12NN.
I am sure that NN and NT shareholders would be delighted.

NN will be further hurting their shareholders by refusing to negotiate such a SALE because very soon the share prices of the Leaders could be lower
and once lower they will scale down the barter.>>

Doug;
Next week should reveal if NN has problems with its earnings. My opinion is, I think not.
STII is still outstanding and remains unfinished business.
Q3&4 imo are headed for a big upside between the new 36170 /50 and wireless. We need this Q to finish and results in line with a fair to good CC. The company should not raise the streets expectations for the next two Q's but show a high degree of confidence in their direction.
Today is the end of year for a large # of funds and based on this I expect some of the selling pressure to slow on the stock.
Newbridge "for sale" perhaps but at the right time and imo unless things change now is not the time. ASND was bought by LU for ~25 billion US my response to a NN sale at 7 billion,
NUTS!
November should reveal the short and mid term direction of the company and from what I see that is not down.

Regards
Glenn
