Without being an expert in this area, by reading
the prospectus I gleaned that they do have the nation's
top Latin markets very well covered -- e.g., NYC,
LA, SF, San Antonio, Puerto Rico, Miami. Also that they
really know what they are doing to appeal to their target
audience. Also that they have a successful track record
of acquiring stations and making the acquired assets more
efficient. If they continue to do this last -- with the help
of money raised at IPO -- considering the growth rate of the
target population, this company should do well using EBTDA
metrics (cash flow) rather than profit (generally not used in broadcasting). I may just keep it.
