ICO to emerge from C11 as Teledesic rival? According to this article... theregister.co.uk Would be a nice threefer for Loral if that happened, imo. Would reduce voice capacity available to compete with G* and same time use up the ICO inventory of HS601s while demonstrating some confidence in satellite business model.
