Here is the press release that has been issued today, Friday, at 3:30 Press Release EXPLORATION AURIGINOR INC. April 11, 1997 Exploration Auriginor Inc. is pleased to announce that it has now been restored to the Company Register in the Province of British Colombia., the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. In accordance with the B.C. Company Act, the Company is deemed to have continued in existence since it was originally struck from the Register in 1996, following previous management's failure to file reports in B.C. Auriginor will resume trading Monday April 14th 1997, as the cease trading order is lifted by the Quebec Securities Commission hence satisfying the Montreal Exchange's requirements. During this time the Company has carried out business as usual and has advanced in negotiations and due diligence for the upcoming Central America acquisition for which more news will be released as it becomes available. -30-
