AT&T shareholder services: (800) 348-8288. As for other DRIPs, contact the companies directly, or perhaps try one of the investor associations such as the National Association of Investors Corp. (810) 543-0612. They can probably send you a list of companies that offer DRIPs, although they charge a fee to become an actual member of the organization.

Secondly,I think T would be nuts to cut their dividend as it is the most widely held stock in America - a lot of pension and other retirement money rides on it. In fact, T is overdue (based on historical patterns) to raise its dividend. However, with the earnings shortfall projection for next couple of years, I wouldn't hold you breath.
