If I might offer some help.... TA is Christine at Corporate Stock, 303-282-4800, per Rex. Call the company at 310-514-9482 and talk to Rex if any questions. 200M Authorized 83M Issued 16-17M Float Those figures (less reduction in float from his reported 20M) came from Tom recently. There was one convertible debenture with a Canadian Group....quite the scandal....led to shorting of the stock by the Canadians its believed....that is now believed to have been lifted. Could result in lawsuit at some point in time. No preferred that I know of right now. There was lots of 144 out there....not sure how much or when it will become free trading. It may all be in the float by now. About 31M in warrants out there....can't exercise until 6/2000 then cost $1/per to convert into common, good for another year past that I believe. Shares on the shelf already authorized. Let me know if I can help further.
