It goes to the epistomological question "How do we know we know what we know." John Galt's position here is simply this. The question is
meaningless and bankrupts the minds of all who choose to pursue. Know that by your own experience of your own mind - creating knowledge is
its' own beginning. The spider does not question how is it that it came to spin a web. If it did, it would most certainly get stuck in its' own web and starve. Nor does one's mind question how is it his mind came to spin its' own web of knowledge. The experience of knowledge is its' own beginning...and it begins with one's self...not
