THE STRATEGIST: [Company "Evaluation" Below]

Notes-n-Quotes:

 You absolutely MUST have an investment strategy and style developed to have any lasting success investing in the stock market. If you don"t have a well thought out carefully planned strategy with a comfortable style then you are a gambler not an investor.

 Penny stocks often act like commodities in regrouping to half their previous gain or loss spikes.

 If you are too lazy to do your own research you are gambling. STOP doing it and develop an investment strategy. At the very least call the Company CEO, and dig up some sites that have solid info on the company you are putting your money into. At the "absolute bare minimum" do three hours of research and $20 of calls; it always pays off by reducing your losses and "keeping you from" buying into "dog stocks" with no future.

Rules of the road:

1) Use "Limit" orders when buying a stock. Place them LOW. Low enough that at least 3 out of 5 of your orders do not get filled.

2) AVOID market orders unless it is absolutely necessary. There are only two conditions where I use them. ---- I am losing money and have to get out fast. (Fortunately this happens less and less as my style and strategy develop.) ---- I haven't bought into a stock yet that I am well researched in, and it starts moving "too" much.

3) AVOID placing orders before the market opens. Usually all this does is stages the stock to open higher and gap its price. Ocassionally stocks act very much like IPO?s and will need to be purchased with that type of strategy - E.G. place "LIMIT" orders above the current price in an attempt to catch the stock before it runs beyond "your" limit.

4) AVOID leaving your sell orders as GTC "good till cancel." Those orders "Overhang" the market and can be seen by Market Makers and are often "Shorted" against.

An Overview about Market Makers:

 They "do not" control stocks, buyers and sellers do.

 They try to "Control the Behavior" of buyers and sellers through fear of investment loss.

 The investor or group of investors that they are least successful against is the "Well Researched." and the ones who "Travel in Packs" for Safety. (This is an everyday Wall Street Reality)

OTCBB - INVT "Invest America"

Every once in a while opportunities come along like this one. This opportunity is in a sense very much like an "IPO." We have a shell Company that is rumored on a number of popular message boards to have a Fiber Optics Company reverse merge into it. (BTW --- Over the years I have developed solid interview techniques very much like "News Reporters," having the ability to "dig" up and confirm information from sources. Its important to make every effort to confirm rumors or at least try to eliminate the possibility of the rumors as being false. Neverthless Rumors are Rumors.) Among the several sources and research I have "dug up" it apears these rumors in fact could be true; about this reverse merger of a Fiber Optics into INVT and the likelihood of NEWS and several developments confirming it.

CRITICAL POINTS:
1) The fiber optics industry is still really in a stage of infancy.
2) The demand for fiber optics is growing exponentially.
3) The companies that become "Traders" in this "Comodity" are most likely to become very profitable. [From what is rumored - this is exactly what INVT will be doing.]
4) Many Military and Government intitutions globally are turning towards fiber optics for much of their critical equipment since fiber optics are "Immune" to EMP [Electromagnetic Pulses] The specs for critical equipment like this must be ?hardened? for security reasons.
5) Fiber Optics are also immune from "Signal Pirating" that is becoming an increasing problem in numbers of institutions within the communications industry. Hence the increased interest in their use for security.
6) The "Multi-Billion" dollar Communications industry is clearly and rapidly going to "Fiber Optics" in this "The Next Evolution" of the Industry. If the rumors are true this little Company is positioned to be in the "Middle" of much of the trading of the very product of demand - "Fiber Optics."
