Tec: I understand perfectly as I hold for an individual (not an employee) of MSFT a large position which represents a significant portion of my personal wealth. It is irritating tht such a groundless suit can be brought to bear in the area of intellectual assets and the marketing thereof where the consumer has not been harmed. It sets a dangerous precedent for all if commercial battles can be brought to court rather than being settled in the market place. I can only hope that this guy Jackson has been reading the WSJ to orient his compass as to what is going on in this fast changing tech. market.

If he has he will have to swallow the bitter pill that he was used and the court system abused by SUNW,AOL,IBM and the rest of the cabal that brought this complaint through the DOJ at taxpayers and shareholders expense>

I still can't get over the irony of IBM opting for W2K and AOL clinging to IE5.0.
