j, intc is not going to say " the wires were too long, the chip was upside down. the installers were drunk." they will not say it's fixxed. they will ship it . we may never know. maybe a letter to the president will get results.(it worked for me with waterhouse). look at the delays for windows 95. you do know they could tell us, and we still wouldn't know what they said. i'm not looking for reasons, i'm looking for product. rocky
