don't feel sorry. i think what you added was important, though i greatly doubt the offer is still in effect. a phone call will do if you want to find out. i think the stock went up around 7.5% that day, to a point very close to $3.85 a share offer.
FTL's production problems can be fixed, but they have this huge debt, and they have to get things moving fast to reduce it (let along paying the interest). new mgmt is in place and something must be moving.
do you think things can move fast enough before creditors have the chance to dilute the stock?
