Over the past week to 10 days you have asserted the following with regards to NN (in no particular order):

1. Bad Management
2. SEC Violations with regards to Insider Trading NN STII
3. Will not meet quarterly expectations
4. Announcements regarding new business "have no value"
5. NN will lose the lawsuit to LU and pay a 1% Royalty.

Could you be more obvious with regards to your intentions.
